Tell us about your job position and some of your typical work tasks.

As the sales operations manager, I work under the supervision of the EVP of sales/CVB to assist with development & implementation of group sales strategies. I am responsible for the overall management of daily operations for the group sales department to maximize results & efficiencies.

Another one of my primary functions is managing all aspects as it relates to group sales, within Simpleview CRM, which is our lead distribution, task management, data reporting & communication system. I also provide Simpleview Extranet training to our Investors. This allows them to access/respond to leads, view reports & customize their listings/special offers within VisitMyrtleBeach.com. In addition to this, I assist our EVP of sales & Canadian representative with our international market.
