Visitors with hearing or speech difficulties may use the telecommunications device for the deaf (TDD) at the Myrtle Beach Welcome Center at 1200 N. Oak St. in Myrtle Beach The TDD is an electronic device for text communication via a telephone line. There is no charge to use the machine.
