Through her work under the Jessica M. Reese brand, she partners with founders and leaders to define what they stand for, articulate their value, and create businesses that align with the life they want to live. Her approach blends strategic positioning with the mindset shifts required to confidently launch, lead, and scale.
Before entrepreneurship, Jessica built her foundation in corporate America with a Fortune 5 company, where she rose through the ranks to become the youngest Black female unit manager in her district, overseeing multi-million-dollar markets and high-performing teams. She later pivoted into entrepreneurship, founding PYNK Butterfly, which grew into an internationally recognized beauty and education brand with multiple revenue divisions, global training initiatives, and features on national platforms including TEDx stages and the Olympic Games.
Today, Jessica’s work centers on guiding women from visibility to viability. As the author of The Permission and Disrupting the Paradigm, she challenges founders to stop playing small, own their voice, and lead with intention. Known for making strategy feel doable and execution feel aligned, Jessica equips women to build brands that work hard, last long, and evolve with them.
