Myrtle Beach Area Chamber Now Part of Greater Myrtle Beach Collaborative

The Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce is now part of the newly launched Greater Myrtle Beach Collaborative, a unified enterprise organization designed to better align business advocacy, tourism promotion and community development efforts across the Grand Strand.

The Collaborative was officially introduced during the organization’s 2026 Annual Meeting in April and brings together the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, Visit Myrtle Beach, Partnership Grand Strand, Leadership Grand Strand, Grand Strand Young Professionals and additional initiatives under one connected platform.

While the Chamber will continue to serve its members through advocacy, networking and business support, the Greater Myrtle Beach Collaborative provides a clearer framework for how the organization works alongside tourism, workforce and regional development initiatives to support long-term prosperity for the greater Myrtle Beach area.

“Our organizations have evolved far beyond what a traditional chamber of commerce and convention and visitors bureau looks like,” said Matt Pivarnik, CEO of the Greater Myrtle Beach Collaborative. “The Collaborative reflects the breadth and impact of what we do together.”

The Collaborative’s mission centers on aligning organizations and resources around shared goals while maintaining the distinct role and mission of each entity under its umbrella.

In the coming months, Greater Myrtle Beach Collaborative branding will begin appearing alongside existing brands in communications, events and digital platforms. Learn more at GreaterMyrtleBeachCollaborative.com.
