Melissa Gordon Glenn

Melissa Glenn leads the Client Threat Prevention team within the Cyber Crime Defense organization in Global Information Security (GIS) at Bank of America. Her team of cybersecurity professionals is responsible for strengthening cybersecurity resilience, advancing client education on cyber risks, and supports the review and response to client cybersecurity inquiries and assessments.

Melissa brings extensive experience across cybersecurity, financial crimes, compliance, and technology delivery.

Prior to her current role, she served as a Cyber Crime Senior Specialist, where she built and led a Vulnerable Populations Program designed to identify, disrupt, and mitigate the misuse of brand assets in cybercrime schemes targeting at-risk populations.

Earlier in her career, she held senior program and project management roles supporting global financial crimes compliance, regulatory initiatives, and enterprise-wide change management.

Before joining the organization, she worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst, validating software capabilities at client sites nationwide.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of South Carolina, and a Master of Business Administration from Winthrop University.

Melissa also holds multiple professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt, and Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE).

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Melissa is actively engaged in corporate and community mentoring initiatives, as well as local volunteer efforts.

LaNiece Langley, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Christian Counselor, speaker, minister of the Gospel, and mental health advocate dedicated to helping individuals experience healing, restoration, and lasting transformation.

She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, grief, stress-related concerns, and life transitions using evidence-based approaches such as Client-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), combined with biblical principles for those who desire a faith-based perspective.

LaNiece is the Founder of Abundant Life Counseling and Supportive Services, LLC and the Founder and President of Abundant Life Community Support Center, a nonprofit organization committed to increasing access to mental health education, counseling resources, and community support.

Nicole Huckabee

Life just keeps getting richer and more meaningful for former news anchor Nicole
Huckabee—affectionately known as Nickie.

Nicole is an award-winning broadcast journalist, talk show host, and on-air personality with nearly 35 years of experience in local television news. Today, she is the co-host of the ELEVATE + Co Wellness Podcast, the Grand Strand’s resource for living well, where she brings listeners meaningful conversations with local wellness experts and businesses focused on health, wellness, and personal growth. She also created, hosted, and produced The Conversations with Nicole Show, a streaming talk show designed to entertain, inspire, and
inform.

After decades behind the anchor desk, Nickie retired from the evening newscasts at WBTW News 13 in Myrtle Beach in November 2020 following her marriage and relocation to Rock Hill, South Carolina. Throughout her broadcast career, she interviewed an impressive array of newsmakers and celebrities, including Gloria Gaynor, Darius Rucker, the Harlem Globetrotters, NASCAR drivers, daytime drama stars, and professional golfer Dustin Johnson.

One of her most memorable assignments took her to Hollywood for a behind-the-scenes series featuring the stars of The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful—an experience that even landed her a role as an extra on The Young and the Restless. Her additional on-camera credits include Investigation Discovery’s Unusual Suspects and the Nancy Grace podcast.

A graduate of Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Nickie began her broadcasting career at WGSE, an independent station in Myrtle Beach, before becoming one of the most recognizable and trusted faces at WBTW. Her talent, dedication, and impact on the community have earned her numerous professional accolades, including the prestigious Masters Award from the South Carolina Broadcasters Association, one of the highest honors in South Carolina broadcasting.

Never one to stay in just one lane, Nickie continues to expand her career into acting, hosting, and freelance talent work. She has appeared in Break the Cycle, God’s Not Dead 5, Like & Subscribe, and The Hunting Wives, Season 2, along with commercial and digital campaigns. In 2025, she traveled to New York City to compete at the International Model and Talent Agency (IMTA) competition, where she received seven awards and earned representation with a Los Angeles talent agent.

But beyond the accolades, what truly defines Nickie is her love for people—their stories, their journeys, and their dreams. With a career built around connecting with audiences and bringing people together, she is excited to bring that same energy, warmth, and professionalism to the stage as a conference emcee.

Outside of her professional life, Nickie is the proud mother of two grown children, Mac and Livie, and is married to A. Watts Huckabee Sr. Together, they enjoy life as a blended family with four children and three grandchildren.
