Mini Golf Tournament on Nov. 7 Supports Substitutes for Santa

The Grand Strand Young Professionals (GSYP) are spreading holiday cheer early this year with the return of Birdies at The Beach Mini Golf Tournament, presented by Garden City Realty. The second annual fundraiser takes place Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Mt. Atlanticus Miniature Golf, 707 N. Kings Hwy., Myrtle Beach.

Open to all ages, Birdies at The Beach promises an evening of mini golf, food, prizes and fun, all while raising funds to support Substitutes for Santa, a holiday charity event set for Dec. 2nd where 150 local children receive a holiday to remember.

“Substitutes for Santa is an exceptional charitable experience where students from across Horry County enjoy an exciting evening at Fun Warehouse and a holiday shopping spree at Walmart,” said Isabella Cenatiempo, GSYP Liaison. “To make this tradition possible, we’re inviting teams and community members to join us for a friendly game of mini golf all for a great cause.”

The first-place mini golf team will receive four tickets to the ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic, the PGA TOUR event set for May 7-10, 2026, at the Dunes Golf and Beach Club. Additional door prizes will also be awarded throughout the night.
