Women’s Educational Event to Showcase Innovative Ways to Drive Success

In a world full of noise, the women who rise are those who speak with truth, clarity and AI-powered confidence, according to Hailey Evans, the award-winning marketing strategist and best-selling author, who will deliver this year’s keynote address at the fourth annual Ignite Women’s Conference.

Hosted by the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce (MBACC) and presented by Tidelands Health, the event brings together hundreds of women from across the Grand Strand on Friday, Oct. 24, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center. With a full lineup of empowering presentations, health screenings and exhibitors, Ignite reaches women in all stages of their career to provide an enriching space to connect, celebrate and champion grow both personally and professionally.

Using AI to improve communication skills will be among the hot topics at the conference and part of the dynamic presentation by Evans, a two-time alumna of Coastal Carolina University (CCU) who shares her journey of success despite adversity and the pressures of living on food stamps as a single mother.

“What if the story you’re most afraid to tell is the one that unlock the influence, clarity and confidence you’ve be been chasing,” Evans said. “When you find the courage to share it, you unlock the power to lead in a way that’s both human and scalable … especially in the new era of AI.”

At Ignite, Evans will share her signature EPIC Communication Framework™, helping attendees leverage AI tools without sacrificing authenticity. Her approach guides women to turn their personal narratives into movements, scale their messaging and deepen their audience connection in a noisy digital world.

Her new book, “Rewrite the Story That Tried to Break You: and Turn It Into Strategies That Stick®,” releases this fall and will be available for signing during the event.

Also offering AI communication insight, Monica B. Fine, Ph.D., Professor and Associate Dean of Student Success at the Wall College of Business at CCU, leads a session on using AI to elevate LinkedIn presence.

Additional speakers include Antoinette M. Finizio, chief administrative officer for Riccobene Family Associates Dentistry; Tabitha D. James of SHEAM Strategic Consulting Group and interim executive director of SHE Is Me Mentoring Program; and Valeria Green, Workplace Culture Partner with BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina.

“The stellar lineup of speakers at this year’s Ignite Women’s Conference is sure to provide inspiration, ignite passions and share helpful tips for women to grow, network and support one another,” said Gayle Resetar, Tidelands Health’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. “Tidelands Health is once again proud to partner with the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce to offer this empowering conference experience to women in our community.”
